St Peter’s is blessed with a campus of beautiful and historic buildings. We want to make best use of these buildings both for the church community and the village community. It is a joy that our buildings are so well used.

Community and Church
James Peacock and St. Peter’s Schools use Church as a teaching ‘aid’ in addition to Christmas and other worship opportunities.
The Noise’ use St. Peter’s as a base for their Summer, Community Initiative
Little P’s have fun every Monday morning 9.30am to 11.00am (babies to toddlers)

The Hermitage is probably the oldest building in Ruddington.
As a result of substantial Grant Aid the building was refurbished and is now available for hire as a community resource for small groups (up to 70), celebrations and parties etc., together with courtyard and garden for summer events.
Current use includes:
- Hermitage Playgroup – An Independent Nursery 09.00 to 12.00 weekdays, term-time
- Slimming World
- Ruddington Gardening Association
- Friday Evening youth groups
- Small toddler groups, craft or language based
- Tuesday Afternoon Group (TAG)
- Adult Craft groups – including Ruddington Sewing Group
- Birthday and other life events
- Wedding Receptions and Men’s Breakfasts
